Walton businesses are embracing the cycle races next weekend to welcome visitors and showcase the town.  Organised by the Walton Business Group, the High Street will be filled with stalls, refreshment stands, children's rides and activities to celebrate the cycle races at the Walton Summer Fair on Saturday July 28 and Sunday July 29.

Walton-on-Thames businesses from solicitors Howell Jones, estate agents Arthur Samuel and car dealership Withams to Ted Palmer Photographer and opticians Carmelo Castiglione will also join in the family fun with freebies, competitions and fund-raising. The WBG will also be handing out goody bags once again.

Walton residence and visitors will be able to see the Men's Cycle Race go through the town at around 10.45am on Saturday and the Women's Race 12.50pm on Sunday.  The fair will start at 9am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday, finishing at 2pm both days.

Sarah-Jane Shellard, WBG director said: "We look forward to celebrating this historic event in Walton with residents and new visitors, introducing them to the great businesses, dining and shopping the town offers."
