Hersham Place Technology Park on the borders of Walton on Thames and Hersham is rallying against the economic gloom.

The serviced offices reach full capacity recently with the arrival of three companies onsite - Print Reaction Ltd, Esselar and Stoic Networks.

Launched to meet the demands of business in the area, the serviced offices offer small to mid size businesses a complete property solution with easy in-easy out terms, furniture and communications. With options for 1-12 workstations, Hersham is planning to launch a further phase of these serviced offices later in the year, but for now they have achieved 100 per cent occupancy.

The three new businesses onsite have all been attracted to the modern business park by the multitude of facilities and services onsite such as café, restaurant, shop, Nuffield fitness centre and occupational health centre.

Adding to the technology and business mix onsite, national print and design services company Print Reaction has taken a 250 ft2 office for their local account managers and designers. They were attracted to Hersham by the vibrant business community and networking opportunities the park offers.

Esselar are experts in next generation remote working and web security and provide IT networking and communication solutions to business clients. Their team relocated from Guildford.  With a need for high data speed and connectivity high up on the priority list, the new fibre optic line recently installed into the business park was a real advantage.

Finally Hersham welcomes Stoic Networks who have located their office onsite. As airport network specialists working with major international airline and airport clients, the location of the park in relation to major transport links including Gatwick and Heathrow was key. Their highly technical team manage complex projects to deliver IT network infrastructure and network services within airport and airline environments; and the facilities at Hersham Place proved an instant hit with the staff.

Shadia Hazleden, Sales & Marketing at Hersham Place said: "We have worked really hard to ensure that the serviced offices at Hersham Place add real value to smaller business and the fact that these are now occupied especially in such a competitive economic climate speaks volumes.

"Hersham has a great sense of business community and opportunity whatever size your business; and the fully managed space is perfect for business of around 10 employees and can be configured to specifications."
