We are currently house hunting – tentatively I have to say given the current state of the market – and we’ve found Martin Flashman’s staff really understanding. A few agents we’ve visited have been really pushy and you can’t necessarily blame them as they’re in the selling business. However, the hard sell comes before they’ve even listened. Another plus is Martin Flashman seem to have a lot of Walton properties on their books at the moment. I have to say, I’m hopeful we will find what we are looking for with the help of these agents.
