    BUDDING gardeners at Cardinal Newman School in Walton on Thames have won a prize in a flowerbed competition. A total of 122 entries for the Elmbridge horticultural contest had been submitted by pupils at three schools - Bell Farm Primary School in Hersham, St Albans Catholic Primary School in East Molesey and Cardinal Newman School.     THREE men have been charged after a major cannabis factory was discovered in Shepperton on Friday. Police raided a warehouse in Fairwater Drive, Upper Halliford at around midday where around 4,000 plants worth over ₤1million were subsequently discovered inside.     A TEENAGE boy from Esher has been arrested after a gang of men attacked a 21-year-old man in Walton. The victim suffered a fractured eye socket after he was set upon by a group of 11 men in a car park in Thamesmead.
