Giraffe restaurant sticks its neck out in Walton

A lazy morning followed by brunch is, in my opinion, the best way to start a weekend. Giraffe restaurant in Walton is the perfect place to try if you like your brunches packed with flavour and served with a smile. I tried the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon - it took a tad longer than my hungry tummy desired to get to the table, but it was well worth the wait. Really tasty and all cooked fresh. They also do gorgeous smoothies - try the Hippy Hippy Shake. I'm told their cocktails are just as divine but it was a bit too early for me to try one out! The restaurant itself is really vibrant and funky. Bright and colourful, it has a really laid back feel. It's really family friendly, with helium balloons for kids to play with and a good range of choice on the children's menu. Giraffe also has lunch and dinner menus - with a nice range of food to choose from, including burgers, fish, salads, steaks and a good vegetarian selection. Giraffe gets the thumbs up from me and I'll be heading back soon to check out those cocktails!
